Christian Taber, Principal engineer, codes and standards, for Big Ass Fans, Christian Taber, BEMP, HBDP, CEM, participates in the development of building codes, standards, and regulations, frequently collaborating with AMCA, the International Code Council, ASHRAE, and the U.S. Department of Energy. He is chair of AMCA's North America Air Movement Advocacy Committee; chair of the committee developing AMCA 340, a new standard for rating the sound performance of large-diameter ceiling fans; vice chair of the AMCA Air Movement Division; and a member of AMCA's Board of Directors.

Katlyn Stoker is a compliance engineer for Big Ass Fans.  She is the project coordinator for certifications and testing performance at third party agencies like AMCA and ENERGY STAR and is the project manager for safety certifications for Big Ass Fans products.  She is extensively involved in building codes, standards, and regulations, frequently collaborating with AMCA, where she led the air circulating fan working group to provide responses to DOE in regards to the Fans & Blowers energy conservation standard.

Ken Kuntz brings over 30 years of cross-functional experience to his role as Director of Strategic Technologies, Regulatory Development and Testing at Greenheck. Since joining in 2006, he has held leadership roles in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory development. He has supported industry efforts to develop state and federal energy efficiency regulations for fan products. Ken holds a B.S. in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri and serves on key AMCA committees and currently chairs the Air Movement Code Action Review Committee.

Kent Maune currently serves as Senior Product Manager for United Enertech Corporation and has been a leader in the HVAC industry—specializing in dampers and louvers—since 1985. For more than 20 years, Kent has focused on the development and marketing of commercial and life safety damper products, including the testing, manufacturing, and field application of Underwriters Laboratories–classified and listed systems.

As his career evolved into management and executive leadership, Mark recognized the critical role of effective communication. This commitment led to a long-standing relationship with The Dale Carnegie Organization, where he graduated with the Highest Achievement Award and later served as a course coach. He also has a lengthy record of service with AMCA, contributing on committees and the Board of Directors, and culminating his tenure as Chairman of the Board. With advanced training in communication and more than 20 years of experience refining his speaking skills, Mark brings practical insights and proven techniques to help professionals communicate with confidence and impact.

Matt Kent, is the CEO of Q-PAC. A proud graduate of Florida State University, he received his degree in mechanical engineering and began his career as an engineer with MAS HVAC where he helped design and develop the original Q-PAC product. In 2019, Q-PAC became a standalone entity, and in 2023, Matt became the sole owner. Matt leads Q-PAC with a focus on simplicity, curiosity, and relentlessness and is committed to creating a positive culture and developing products that solve real-world problems. In January 2025, Q-PAC announced the creation of the multimotor plenum fan, a smarter fan for commercial air handlers.

For over 18 years, he has specifically supported Greenheck Fan Corporation and The Airolite Company’s product development, testing and certification of louvers. Throughout his career, Mike has been deeply involved with Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and Florida Product Approval (FPA) impact and pressure testing of louver products, and he is a member of many AMCA programs and committees

Naga Thiyagarajan is a leading national expert in air movement technology. He has extensive academic and working knowledge designing air curtains and proving their effectiveness using both CFD modeling and physical tests. He is particularly adept at the real-world application of air curtains and has become known for his acumen enhancing their performance and addressing challenges across many industries and applications. Naga has led dozens of learning sessions and worked closely with architects, engineers, and contractors. In addition to a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wright State University at Dayton, Ohio, Naga has been involved in air movement technology with other products and applications over his 25-year career.
